Job lifecycle
Design, execute, report, approve and distribute every job from one controlled workspace.
Carry lessons learned into the next job
Review previous operational findings, incidents, corrective actions, equipment history and approved well evidence. If history is not available, WellOS must say so and cannot infer it.
Approve the job before execution
Keep the controlled programme, well revision, toolstring/tool-change diagram, pressure-control equipment diagram and complete pre-job approval pack together.
The Well Services Agent builds the operational basis, the HSE / MS Agent checks governing sources, and the QA / QC Agent finds missing or conflicting evidence. No agent may invent a pressure, depth, barrier, rating, serial, procedure or legal requirement.
Well Services Agent
Collects job scope, current completion, installed tools, verified pressures and cited well history.
HSE / MS Agent
Checks accessible client procedures, contractor/client HSE systems and current controlling requirements.
QA / QC Agent
Checks completeness, source traceability, conflicts and unresolved hold points before programme approval.
What is the controlled job name and exact slickline job type?
Review all critical job facts
Controlled slickline programme
Start from the approved scope and current well record. WellOS may help organise verified information, but it cannot invent a barrier, depth, pressure, test criterion or procedure.
Job Execution stays locked until every controlled pre-job document is approved against the saved programme revision.
Build the pressure-control package
Record the approved PCU configuration, equipment identity, certification status and pressure-test basis with the programme.
Pressure-control equipment package
Build only from controlled equipment records. Test pressures, hold times, acceptance criteria and ratings must come from the approved programme and current certification.
Job Execution is locked
The approved programme, toolstring/tool-change diagram, PCE diagram and complete pre-job approval pack must receive a recorded green light first.
Run the slickline job from one field workspace
Keep the conversational Voice Services Agent, HSE controls, daily report and post-job check linked to the released programme revision.
Shift controls and action register
Open the active PTW, JSA/JHA, toolbox talk, barrier checks and field actions for the current shift. Safety-critical decisions remain with authorised personnel.
Confirm the current permit and handover state.
Record attendance, changes and controls.
Link checks to the approved programme and equipment pack.
Talk throughout the job
Ask slickline questions or talk through the operation. The agent can retrieve the selected well history, cite what it found, state when no history exists and prompt for missing plug, GLV/DGLV and tool traceability details. Historical pressures never replace current verified values.
Talk, review, then add to the live report
Speak naturally. WellOS converts the confirmed slickline activity into controlled report language, asks for missing facts and never invents an operational detail.
Complete field close-out
Finish the operational check before the report enters Post Job QA.
Review, approve and issue
Compare the completed report with the approved wellsite programme, close every highlighted item, then pass the controlled issue through contractor and client approval.
Highlight what needs human review
Load the exact approved Job Design programme and the completed report. WellOS flags potential omissions, abnormalities, sequence conflicts and unsupported statements. It calls a value abnormal only when the programme supplies the limit or acceptance criterion.
Build the controlled pressure and temperature evidence
Load the calibrated export, retain the raw evidence and create the final graphs without inferring a datum or missing sample.
Reconcile programme, field report and gauge evidence
Build the final SGS technical report only after the station register and programme-versus-actual evidence are reviewed.
Approval and distribution chain
Resolve or close every highlighted review item. The agent never auto-corrects facts.
A named contractor approver signs the reviewed controlled issue.
WellOS emails a secure approval button. The client signs in and records the decision in the system.
The final approved issue goes to the authorised distribution list or connected operating-company platform.
Performance from controlled job records
Track productive time, NPT, run success, report completion, HSE events and service delivery. Training records remain separated from client operations.
| Well | Programme | Crew | Status | Progress |
|---|
Live operational reports
Each active job has its own panel and rolling daily report. Timed field updates build the feed, and only authorised recipients receive controlled issues.
Scheduled report delivery
Well database
Search ten years of lifecycle records and inspect intervention exposure, barrier condition, fish status and schematic history.
| Well | Type | Reports | Integrity | Fish | Status |
|---|
Drilling, seismic and reservoir history
Build a deeper well story from open well-completion reports, survey catalogues, reservoir and facies datasets, hydrocarbon shows and physical-sample references. Every imported fact must retain its source, licence and review state.
Research catalogue
Search publications, maps, datasets, well-completion records and seismic products.
Open catalogue ↗ NOPIMSPublic offshore well and survey information, including open-file geophysical and well data.
Open NOPIMS ↗ RESFACSDepth-based reservoir, facies, permeability, porosity, shows, depositional environment and biostratigraphy data.
Open dataset ↗ National Offshore WellsCollection-level reference for Australian offshore wells and associated public data holdings.
Open collection ↗Wellbore schematics
Each diagram is generated from the selected well record. Casing, completion equipment, flow-control devices, restrictions, perforations and fish status change with the selected configuration revision.
Intervention event history
Wire parting, fish-in-hole, failed tests, depth conflicts and recovery operations are deliberately present so the agents can be tested against difficult histories.
| Date | Well | Operation | Event | Depth | Outcome | Agent |
|---|
Generate the slickline field report
Open a clean slickline report and start speaking. WellOS structures each confirmed activity, pressure test, toolstring and gauge record before anything is submitted to the well history.
Slickline Job Report
Slickline is the controlled release scope. Other service lines stay disabled until the slickline workflow is proven end to end.
Talk throughout the wellsite day
Ask general slickline questions, record job facts and request cited well-history evidence. If the field history, approved programme or client procedure is unavailable, the agent says so and does not guess.
Flow-control device and plug register
| Date | Well | Action | Device | Serial / ID | Depth | Ports / configuration | Status | Report |

Recent operational history
Build the string before the run
Choose a fictional well, add or reorder the toolstring components, and inspect a 3D-style assembly in the wellbore. The visual library follows common toolstring families—rope socket, stems, swivel, knuckle, jars, shock absorber and pulling tools.
Agent Center
WellOS coordinates four domain agents over the same controlled lifecycle record. Human approval remains visible for safety-critical recommendations.
HSE Agent
Testing against 184 synthetic HSE records, 31 near misses and 10 years of corrective actions.
QA/QC Agent
Testing report evidence, sign-off, certification currency and conflicting depth entries.
Engineering Agent
Testing barrier state, wellbore configuration, restriction depths and schematic revision logic.
Well Services Agent
Testing programmes for slickline, perforating, workover, integrity, sidetrack and CT operations.
Historical wire-failure risk identified
Well Services found two prior wire-parting events near a completion restriction. Engineering verified the current schematic depth, QA/QC detected an inconsistent recovered-length entry, and HSE added a dropped-object and stored-energy control review. Supervisor confirmation is required before programme release.
Invoicing & contract assurance
Convert approved operational evidence into contract-aligned billing. WellOS reviews each NPT event against the active terms, rate schedule and supporting job record, then holds invoice release until operator and contractor decisions agree.
Align NPT before invoicing
Connected commercial flow
| Package | Service | Job days | T&C alignment | Billing state | Evidence | Draft value |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| P1 DedicatedDay / night lines | Slickline | 9.5 | Aligned | Ready | 100% | A$168,420 |
| P2 Dedicated4.5 h equipment NPT | Slickline | 8.0 | Review | Blocked | 94% | A$126,780 |

| WH-02Wellhead service | Wellhead | 7.0 | Aligned | Ready | 97% | A$92,840 |
Each job is checked against the signed contract and rate schedule effective on the event date.
Every recommended treatment points to the applicable definition, NPT clause, exclusion and rate rule.
Cause, responsible party, notice timing and evidence are reconciled before equipment or personnel time is rated.
No disputed NPT line is released until operator and contractor approvals are both recorded.
Rate and obligation controls
Version-controlled pricing
Effective dates, package classes, personnel rates, equipment rates and approved discounts.
Automated validation
Working, standby, NPT, mobilisation, recharges and client-specific charging conditions.
Invoice support
Approved reports, crew hours, equipment utilisation, network number, job dates and audit trail.
